This video helps you understand the differences between Form 1120-H and Form 1120, and alerts you to the huge tax risks that exist on Form 1120.  This graphical presentation illustrates a composite of several actual circumstances that have been encountered during IRS audits.  While the risk of being selected for an IRS audit is relatively low, the risk of having substantial negative tax adjustments as a result of an audit is extremely high, approaching the 100% level.

When I initially commented I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new
comments are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I recieve four emails with the same comment.
Perhaps there is a means you can remove me from that service?
    Appreciate it!

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said \"You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.\" She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her
ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I
    had to tell someone!
