Where in IRS Codes, etc. does it specifically state that Form 1120 or 1120H eliminate the requirement to elect as an HOA what actions to take with respect to excess assessment revenues as required by IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604. I see many interpretations of different sections and codes but not one that ties the two elements together. Thanks in advance for any assistance.10 years ago -
