things like bitter apple and hot pepper can also do the same thing, and are less nasty for adults. and its organic, and all that. although, i dont know that i would want baby-drool-infused tabasco any more than icky thumb-sucking stuff. my understanding is that it has mixed results.

Carl sounds etclxay like my friend\'s obnoxious neighbor. Same symptoms. I am so sorry:( bad neighbours suck. I hope something can be done about it, it\'s just awful to have to put up with his crap.I had couple of months at my former place, where I had 3 bad neighbors in the same time. Thanks heavens they all moved within couple of months. I am wishing you the same relief and soon!

this; if a business is wliling to come to our area, save us money, and bring a few jobs with it, why not welcome them?As a genereal rule I have a problem with the power our HOAs seem to think is their\'s. This business is near, but OUTSIDE the neighborhood and still they think they have the right to challenge it as a HOA. Individuals is one thing, but an HOA is something different.
