Clinton Township woman's lawsuit against judge is dismissed

A woman has filed suit against a judge claiming unfair treatment  because she had chosen to act as her own attorney.  The original suit stemmed from the seizure of her land for the Transco gas pipeline, which she claims was taken illegally.
