Role of HOA president: Officer or director?
Q. I live in a homeowners association (HOA). Can the president make motions or second a motion at a board meeting? Our bylaws say that Roberts Rules shall govern the conduct of the meeting of the association. Can you provide the state department that governs HOA under FS 720?
