Question: I am the only English-speaking resident in my condominium. There will be a meeting in September and I want to know if I can request a translator for the meeting which will be held in Spanish. Are there any state regulations concerning this matter? All signs are also posted in Spanish and I must write down the wording and go to the Internet for a translation.
