Q:I often read your column, as I serve on the board of directors of our condominium association. The association employs a maintenance man. Years ago, before I joined, the board decided to give this individual a year-end bonus of about two weeks' salary. I strongly oppose the use of the owners' money for that purpose. It seems to me that a non-profit organization should not spend its money in that manner.
