Q:Our condo board has alerted us to the fact that each unit has to pay more than $15,000 to have our roofs replaced. The board has told us that we have three months to come up with the money. This seems to be an extremely short period of time to get a loan of any type, when you consider how long it takes to be approved, whether by a bank, a credit union or any other type of financial institution.
