Homeowners that have lived in a condo for 20 years, have three dogs. The association board recently created a rule that condo owners could not have more than two dogs. The owners have a third dog that they have had for 14 years and were facing getting rid of the dog or eviction. The board finally agreed to grandfather their three dogs.
