A young man, who worked hard to purchase a classic truck, is fighting his homeowners association. They have a rule that a truck cannot be parked outside a home for more than four days per year. The young man is gathering signatures on a petition to fight this rule as his family will be charged $25 per day for the violation if it does not change.
