City planning approved a rooftop burial ground which is feet away from a condo complex.  The residents are complaining of lost views and noise from various funerals which are a stone's throw from their balconies. Mourners are disturbed by the actions of some of the residents as they yell disrespectful things and bang pots and pans during the funerals.
