The City of Bradenton has decided to honor an agreement made with a subdivision 30 years ago. The agreement says that the community takes care of 6 acres of city easements within the subdivision and the city will give them $1000 off the association's water bill in exchange for the service. The association is spending quite a bit to maintain the property and is asking for an inflation adjustment.
