US Department of Justice sues Andover Forest neighborhood association in playhouse dispute

A Lexington homeowners association is being sued for discriminating and retaliating against a family who built a playhouse for their son who has cerebral palsy. The lawsuit states they failed to make reasonable accommodations for the family.
