A woman running for City Commission is seen in a surveillance video breaking into the office of her homeowners association. Along with fellow homeowners, they ransacked the office, emptied desks, destroyed security equipment, took a computer hard drive and stole $13,000 in checks made out to the HOA. She claims it was to protect the property of homeowners.
