Jackson Brewery bar, sued for noise, files for bankruptcy

The owners of a Bistro bar had to file bankruptcy to fight a lawsuit being filed by a homeowners association where the restaurant is located.  The homeowners are complaining about the noise live music and business past 9pm brings.
