A Navy veteran is fighting to get his home back after his association filed a lien stating he owes back HOA dues and attorney fees. Since he could not pay the $15,000 in back fees, he moved out and is now filing a suit against the HOA and meeting with lawmakers to get a bill passed to support active duty military.
