Lawmakers are looking to change the Nevada HOA laws. Many homeowners want to install rollers at the top of their fences to keep coyotes out of their yards. Many pets have been lost from coyote attacks, but homeowner associations want to continue to control their design guidelines and not allow the rollers to be installed.
