A woman who is trying to keep horses from the slaughterhouse and is working to find homes for them is keeping approximately 30 horses on a 5 acre lot. Her neighbors are not happy about the large number of horses and is concerned for their health as well as the eyesore that they are. The covenants state only 6 horses are allowed per lot.
