The resident of a homeowners association will be reimbursed the $300 fine she had to pay to rescue her car from impound. Having just moved here from Texas, the resident had a heart attack and her car was not driven or moved for a few days. Also, her tags were not from her new home state so it was towed and impounded. After a fight from her family, the association has agreed to pay the fines.
