Residents of Hilton Head Island are disgusted with signs installed by a local homeowners association. They are claiming child discrimination because they are not allowing balls, bikes, scooters or rollerblades. They are fining anyone who does these things on public sidewalks. They say it is for the safety of the neighbors.
