$2.8 million embezzled from HOA: After two-year investigation, former Woodlake manager charged, booked for theft; pleads not guilty

A 990 unit condominum association fired their former manager for embezzling nearly $2.8 million.  Among other things, 150 false invoices for construction work never completed, were found.
